Supply and logistics

Kristiansund Base has large outdoor areas suitable for most purposes. Additionally, we have insulated and uninsulated warehousing facilities. We always work in consultation with you and local subcontractors to find the best solutions.

Thanks to our shared location and close collaboration with SAR’s treatment facility for drilling waste, we can ensure you benefit from simple, streamlined logistics.

Warehousing

Kristiansund provides insulated and uninsulated warehousing facilities. We have outdoor space available and we are easily able to expend with new buildings if needed. This means we can quickly enlarge our capacity to accommodate your needs.

Pipe storage and Inspection hall

Kristiansund Base offers pipe storage and pipe handling. Our pipe inspection hall is available for hire at a daily rate or on a long-term basis.

Personnel

Together with our parent company ASCO Norge, we can offer the hire of personnel to our customers. We have a team of talented, experienced professionals who can provide you with the expertise you need to boost your organization. We run Transocean’s and AKOFS’s warehouses in Kristiansund and have in-depth knowledge of logistics and transportation on behalf of operators, customers and suppliers in the offshore industries.

Drilling waste

We share our location with SAR Treatment at Averøy. This ensures very efficient treatment of cuttings, slop and tank cleaning.

GOOD LOCATION

Kristiansund Base has a great location close to both Kristiansund and Molde. The shipping lanes are situated just outside the port, ensuring short lead times. Our excellent quayside and warehousing facilities make us an attractive option in Central Norway.

Equipment and capacity

Kristiansund Base has access to extensive additional area if needed. This means that we can make additional site area available, as well as developing new buildings and quayside solutions.
